Come to relax in peace on the west side of Annecy Lake within Duingt. The flat, the lake and the region offers plenty of activities to make your stay an unforgettable experience. Whatever your preferences are, relaxation, outdoor activities, enjoying amazing views, water sports, culture or gastronomy… you will find your way!

You get directly access to the lake to dive within clear blue water or to start a trip with Kayak/SUP, boat…

You will also get the chance to enjoy the lake by bike as the flat is 100 meter next to a nice bike path going all around the lake.

Moreover to facilitate your stay there is just next to the flat, a Kayak, Stand Up paddle rental service, with the possibility to also practice wake-board!
